SUMMARY:COP27: Film "All The Breathes"\, at Wellington Orbit in aid of the Pakistan Floods. 8/11/22 2.30pm & 7pm showings
DESCRIPTION:While world leaders are meeting in Egypt from the 6th to the 18th November for COP27\, Wellington Orbit will be showing several films to help raise awareness of the climate and ecological crisis we face.  At all the film showings donations will be collected in aid of the devastating climate related flooding in Pakistan. \n\n\n\nOn Tuesday 8th November there will be 2 showings at 2.30pm and 7pm of the award winning documentary “All That Breathes”\, described as a “soaring visual masterpiece” is a documentary “set in New Dehli where amongst the city’s toxic air and escalating violence 2 brothers\, Nadeem Shehzad and Mohammad Saud\, devote their lives to protect one casualty of the turbulent times: the bird known as the Black Kite”.   \n\n\n\nClimate Action Hub Telford and XR Telford are sponsoring these showings.  \n\n\n\nFrom 11-2pm we will have a stand in Wellington outside The Orbit shared by other environmental groups so people can access information about how they can get more involved in local climate\, wildlife and environmental activities and actions.
