DESCRIPTION:Join us for our free Sustainable Saturday event on the theme of Sustainable Gardening! \n\n\n\nEvent starts at 10.30am and runs until 2.30pm. \n\n\n\nPlant giveaway including tree seedlings\, edible plants and seedlings (herbs\, veg\, fruit canes\, seed potatoes)\, seeds and indoor plants  \n\n\n\nGarden Scrap Stall (including garden equipment\, tools\, pots etc). You can bring items along to swap or to donate and take anything you want for a pay as you can donation.  \n\n\n\nGardening book and magazine giveaway \n\n\n\nGardening advice and services from local expert The Green Cargo Gardener  \n\n\n\nGarden Organic Master Composters: composting & organic gardening advice and activities \n\n\n\nMeet Local Allotment & Gardening Groups  \n\n\n\nChildren’s Garden Eco Activities \n\n\n\nLeaflet stand advertising other organisations who are working on local climate and eco action  \n\n\n\nSwap and Giveaway: Swap for free or take any item for a pay as you can donation including household items\, books\, DVD’s\, toys\, clothes. By sharing resources we can reduce our carbon emissions and save money too. \n\n\n\nRecycling: Make use of our recycling facilities including Terracycle (please see the Terracycle Telford Facebook page for details of what you can recycle). We also offer the opportunity to recycle electronic gadgets\, jewellery\, stamps and coins (see posters below for details) and have a new mobile phone collection point courtesy of local Coalport company Connected Mobiles . \n\n\n\nEco Library: Explore our new eco library of amazing books and magazines which you can borrow on Nature\, climate and living life in a more sustainable way. \n\n\n\nPlant based drinks and snacks served at the event for a pay as you can donation
