DESCRIPTION:Join our Sustainable Sunday event in Wellington focused on eco arts and craft activities for all ages and waste free crafting ideas with an additional Teddy Tombola\, swap and giveaway\, recycling facilities and eco library.   \n\n\n\nThis is a FREE event.   \n\n\n\nRefreshments and vegan snacks will be available throughout on a pay as you can donation basis \n\n\n\n\n11am -12.30pm hot and cold drinks and cakes/biscuits available\n\n\n\n12.30pm onwards hot and cold lunch served  \n\n\n\n\n11am: Event starts.  \n\n\n\n11am-3pm: Join our fun eco arts and craft activities for all ages with workshops provided by Art with Anna M making:   \n\n\n\n\nupcycled card Easter bunnies\n\n\n\negg carton spring time flower wreath and bonnets \n\n\n\nsalt dough Easter decorations\n\n\n\n\nWe will also be hosting other craft activities including: \n\n\n\n\nArt Blockers workshop provided by OsTogether\, printing nature motifs on tote bags\, second hand T-shirts\, fabric patches\n\n\n\nCraft activities provided by CAHT: Making and decorating picture frames made from waste cardboard \n\n\n\nand Telford Repair Cafe: weaving with cardboard looms and yarn remnants\n\n\n\n\nAll materials for the craft activities are provided. \n\n\n\nWe will have crafts on display showing how you can use waste fabric\, clothes and yarns to make useful things such as rag rugs\, woolly mats\, crocheted soap bags etc.   \n\n\n\nTeddy Tombola: Join in the fun and offer a new home to our pre loved teddies.  \n\n\n\nLittle Green Pantry: will have a stall to showcase plastic free shopping options and Little Green Heroes activities for kids. \n\n\n\nSwap and Giveaway: Swap for free or take any item for a pay as you can donation including household items\, books\, DVD’s\, toys\, clothes.  By sharing resources we can reduce our carbon emissions and save money too.                                                                                                                                           \n\n\n\nTerracycle Recycling: Make use of our recycling facilities including Terracycle and the opportunity to recycle mobile phones\, electronic gadgets\, jewellery\, stamps and coins (see posters below for full details).               \n\n\n\nEco Library: Explore our new eco library of amazing books and magazines which you can borrow on Nature\, climate and living life in a more sustainable way. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImage of items you can recycle including jewellery\, coins\, stamps\, mobile phones.
