Clothes Swap and Giveaway, Wellington Market

One way we can reduce our carbon emissions and environmental impact is to reuse and share clothes. The Fast Fashion industry is responsible for a significant portion of global emissions with cheap garments travelling thousands of miles. These cheap garments all too often are worn once and discarded, if they even get to customers in the first place.

One way to help is to swap or donate unwanted items of clothing. Our Swap and Giveaway event is designed to keep unwanted clothes out of landfill and get them back into use.

Come along to our Clothes Swap and Giveaway where you will be able to swap or take any men’s, women’s & children’s clothes and accessories.

If you choose to make a donation it will be shared between Climate Action Hub Telford and Cuan Wildlife Rescue who are kindly donating clothes from their charity shop in Shrewsbury for this event.
