Small Woods Open Day with Grow Local & our Garden Scrap Store, Coalbrookdale

Come and join us at our Garden Scrap Store at the Green Wood Centre as part of the Small Woods Open Day. You will be able to pick up household waste to use in your gardens to grow fruit, veg and flowers such as toilet roll tubes, plastic food containers, plant labels made from plastic bottles and off cuts of string. Transition Telford will also be holding their Grow Local event with lots of fruit, veg and flower plants and seedlings on offer. We will also have glass bottles and jam jars for bottling and preserving food in preparation for Transition Telford’s Harvest Local event later in the year.
