Join our Sustainable Sunday event in Wellington during the school holidays with children’s arts and craft activities and a school uniform swap with an additional swap, recycling facilities and eco library.
This event is FREE.
Refreshments and vegan snacks available on a pay-as-you-can basis including Morag’s Bakes‘ delicious cakes
- 11am-12.30pm hot and cold drinks and cakes/biscuits available
- 12.30pm onwards lunch options served
11am: Event starts.
11am-3pm:
DIY children’s arts and crafts activities. Scrap materials provided.
School uniform swap
Children’s and baby clothes and toy swap
Swap and Giveaway: Swap for free or take any item for a pay as you can donation including household items, books, DVD’s, toys, clothes. By sharing resources we can reduce our carbon emissions and save money too.
Recycling: Make use of our recycling facilities including Terracycle (please see the Terracycle Telford Facebook page for details of what you can recycle). We also offer the opportunity to recycle mobile phones, electronic gadgets, jewellery, stamps and coins (see poster below for details).
Eco Library: Explore our new eco library of amazing books and magazines which you can borrow on Nature, climate and living life in a more sustainable way.
